- 4 Wheat tortillas

Instructions

 - Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface, evenly distribute the prepared meat and pepper mixture across the entire tortilla.
 - Generously sprinkle grated cheese over the meat layer, ensuring complete coverage.
 - Carefully place a second tortilla on top, gently pressing down to create a sealed quesadilla.
 - Transfer the assembled quesadilla to a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 5 minutes until cheese melts and tortilla edges turn crispy.

 - Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by optional garnishes like sour cream or salsa.

Notes
- Customize spice levels by adjusting chili powder or adding jalapeños for extra heat.
 - Choose lean ground beef or substitute with ground turkey for a healthier protein option.
 - Prep ingredients ahead of time to reduce cooking stress and speed up the process.
 - Enhance flavor by using fresh cilantro and allowing meat mixture to rest before assembling quesadillas.
